In order to ensure your safety and comfort while visiting our facility a brief health form is required. We encourage you to disclose any health conditions that may affect your visit. This information is confidential.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance otherwise you will be charged in full. Packages must be cancelled 72 hours in advance after which a charge of 50% will apply. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking for all Package Treatments.
