Policies
In order to assure your safety and comfort while visiting our facility a brief health form is required. We encourage you to disclose any health conditions that may affect your visit. This information is confidential.·Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance otherwise you will be charged in full. Packages must be canceled 72 hours in advance after which a charge of 50% will apply. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Arriving late for an appointment may require us to cancel or shorten the length of service with full charges applied.
